daddys bday, made a cake, yes the writing resembles my kiddish side, 5 at heart. :)

REOWR! okay excuse the lameish title ahhas ^^" but yes! yes! hiatus i know but i guess just havent been up to much... well nothing much worthh blogging bout... till tonight!

made these babies ;D!


So im guessing anyone rather asian, or who've been to yumcha or passed by an asian bakery would've stumbled across these little treats ;D egg tarts! and tonight, guess i was inspired to unravel the secrets to making these babies ;D and well i guess... it was quite a success since... they were all gone in less than 5 minutes! ;D

well heres my take of what happened the past two hours...

STEP 1: make base for eggtarts! mould into a cupcake tray or pastry moulds

STEP 2: make egg filling and fill these bases

STEP 3: BAKE! and then take out to cool,

OKAYOKAY they look pretty demented but lets say... blame myself for being too greedy and filling them up abit too much.... you'll know what i mean if you try filling it over... hahas

So made CHWELLLVEEEE but..... only managed to leave one for myself~! hahas well lets say that means its a success ! ^^

violaa~~~! DONE! made and enjoyed~!
